Looking strong Natz!
Shoulders and traps looking thick. Calves are looking good too. When you drop your body fat you gonna have a sick division between delt, triceps and biceps. BTW how tall are you?

db incine - 42kg x 7 ( 42kg x 6 / 47kg x 4

chest press - 120kg x 6 / 120kg x 6 (pb)
dips - +20kg x 5 / +20kg x 5

Db curls - 30kg x 4 / 30kg x 5 7 30kg x 5
BB curls - 60kg x 3 / 55kg x 6
Db hammer - 37kg x 5 / 37kg x 5

Last day of chest in the strenght phase.. really good numbers hit in the past 6 weeks, touched for the first time in the 120's in bench and 52's in db flat.
Great phase for bench!

strenght phase back workouts balance : struggled to progress in deads, my pb was 210kg x 1, hit that once in this phase but it was pretty hard.
BB rows were the big progress this time got up to 130kg, so that's a plus.

Wish i could hit the gym like you. This year i will make an effort to don't miss a day.

You have a nice shape on your arms natzo. Your tri's are prety low and your bi's are full, they will look great in the future once your bigger and leaner. good arm genetics! Your traps are pretty thick too!

Nice back session man, you should try hitting 180/190kg for multiple sets of 3, it would help your max

that was it, for this strenght phase for shoulders an tris.

Mp is the same didn't progress maybe I can do 3 reps solid but no more than that. like bench the CGB improved a lot reached the 100 kg.

oh but strangely my DB press skyrocked from 37 kg to 42kg go figure..

Db press are heavy! Should be hard to settting up properly...
