A bit tired after Saturdays competition so the weight and sets wasn't anything impressive.

Seated Cable Flyes:

Seated Rope Pushdowns:

Chest Dips:

I'm not going to change much in my training since I already knew what my weakpoints were, and what I have to do make them grow. I haven't really lifted heavy in monts now because of me dieting so that will be a change at least.

Military Press:

DB. Lateral Raise:

Got a very intense pump in my lower back after doing squat, it hurt so much that I had to skip 2 sets of front squats. :tear:
Good news is that I'm over 90kg again. :2:

Glute Ham Raise:
