Thanks man.:xyxthumbs: I usually just do the exercises I want to, and I woke up the day before that session and almost was craving to do OL squats. Funny thing about squats for me is that I either HATE doing them or can't wait to do them.. but the important thing is that I do them none the less.

That looks like an excellent session right there man, good job. Congrats on the 200kg Deadlift, always nice to hit a PB ain't it. Gotta say though, i'm most impressed with your rows, 140kg for 6 reps, thats hardcore m8! well done.
