On a side note, the squats do look impressive and the bench looks great as well. You do realize you're benching as much as you squat though? :ughnoes:

LOL yeah well.. My squats or in fact my general leg strength is kinda puny, so it's really nothing impressive about those squats. I tend to either love doing squats or just plane hate it. and ATM I'm basicly in the "Hate Squat" period again.. Just gonna get the shit over with.

Good session JB. Some really good numbers on the Yates row, and the seated incline db curls, you got some strong biceps. :xyxthumbs: And its good to see everyone can do atleast a set of chinups but me :tear:

Thanks, Mr Paulie. The heaviest set of db's in the gym at the airbase is 36kg, so the db rows was pretty lame with the high reps.

LOL my biceps are weak, and I HATE training my arms. :D
