Looks like a good session there bud :xyxthumbs: You must be gutted about not having any higher dumbells than 36kg m8y, especially for your shrugs. Hope you manage to get some heavier ones soon as mate.

Longestusernameonmusclemecca--> Yes I am pretty pissed about it but I just have to wait. Also forgot my straps and wrist wraps at home so I couldn't do heavy bb shrugs either with out teh straps.
