thats one hell of a leg day right there, great numbers:D

Somehow most of my legworkouts end being on the same day I have my low carbs days. it sucks! :ugh: But I try to do my best.

how the hell are u able to do cardio after leg day? i did it a couple of times but it was just to damn hard...

You just have to suck it up I guess. I hate cardio so much but if I want to get in good shape I'll have to do it.
I'm doing an hour of cardio a day now btw.

I do about 30 minutes of power walk in the morning before breakfast (I usually have a cup of coffee first). And then 30 minutes of cardio after my workout.

btw how much u weigh now and how much u plan to weigh when u step on stage?

My weight this morning was 79.2kg, same as last Saturday, but my wheels and upper body in general are looking much more vascular.
I'm planning on being around 73kg on the day but we'll see. Pretty hard to tell when it's my first time but I don't care that much about landing on 73kg. As long as I look good I'm happy.

Thanks, Rage. Yeah those two sets of 5-4-3-2-1 rest/pause sets where killer. You choose a weight that you normally only can do 6 maybe 7 reps with, and then you start by doing 5 reps, 10-12 seconds of rest, do 4 reps, another 10-12 seconds of rest, then do 3 reps and so on. In the end you have done 15 reps with a weight you normally only can do 6 times.:)
