Yeah I know. My arms imploded as soon as I did 5 sets.:ughnoes:

They do have some cardio equipment but I busted my left the other day while doing power walk. Got a big ass blister on my achilles heel because I was having bare feet in my sneakers. I'm back on cardio tomorrow though.

Rageking--> I have been doing some cardio but I don't wanna post it in my log if I've only done cardio.. it's not that exciting:D

It sucks pretty much. Yesterday I could walk properly because of it but it's much better today. I'm staying at my dad house until Friday so I'm not gonna get any training done besides cardio. But as long as I stick to my diet I'll be fine.

You'll get some pics soon. :gaygay: Been thinking about visiting your humble home Friday/Saturday next weekend? I know the people in your village would be thrilled by my awesome presence.
