haha i feel ya, i especially hate the bike because it wears down the legs so much more. even if i try and run like a mile my legs just start burning like crazy, even though my lungs could go 3-4 miles. i usually try to stick with eliptical or sprints.

I know what you mean. All the cardio machines I've tried so far makes my quads burn after 20 seconds:D
I've tried to some Bear training a few times as an alternative to regular cardio but it's almost too tough. :hsughr:

I would like to go heavier but I'm also afraid of getting an injury when I'm dieting so I'm sticking to 140kg as the heaviest for the moment. But they actually felt pretty heavy today.

I'm pleased the way my diet is going. I can see progress from week to week and my back is slowly starting to get shredded. I can see veins on my lats now. Only 11 weeks to go. :hsughr:

Yeah I still have 11 weeks + a few days left. My back doesn't even look semi cut yet though, so there's plenty of work to be done.
