for shits sake, thats a shit load of seated incline curls :eek4:

after that massacre I'm sure your biceps were on fire :eek4:

close grips are excellent, slowly getting weaker though :tear: and overhead db press is solid as well. At least your selection of tricep exercises is great :xyxthumbs:

the finisher with the 21s after all the previous sets of curls :eek4:

tomorrow your going to wake up and not be able to wipe your own ass, you better hope you don't have to take a shit :49:

teh bike of doom :ughnoes:

nicely done Nicolai :xyxthumbs:

Thanks, buddy. I really don't like doing arms at all but I want them to be bigger so you gotta do what it takes. Even if it sucks. :D

never do more than 4 sets of anything dude, really, you will do more harm than good, one time i did a 20 set bi routine and i burst a small blood vessel near the surface of my arm and started bleeding, i then did 2 more sets and went home.........but yeah curb your enthusiasm and direct it at the sqaut rack and the deadlift floor.

Thanks for your comment, bro but first of all you didn't give me one good reason not to do more than 4 sets of "anything", other than you hurt a small blood vessel once.
Second of all according to your beliefs GVT and George Turner's 10x10 is of no use. :e5dunno:

the basic reason is your causing uneeded inroads into your biceps ability to recover, the result being they they wont get any stronger because your overtraining them.......are those extra sets making your strength gains progress any faster? its probably unlikely, you could probaably to half the amount of sets, once you hit that 10 reps of 15kgs, it was probably time to move on, doing 4 more sets of the same weight for less reps (assuming your training to failure!), its just my thoughts on the issue dude......its not the most productive way to train i cant imagine.....but if your progressing in the weight your lifting over a rep range each week, than there is no problem with your training...keep up the hard work

Well first of all I'm dieting down for a show so strength is not my main goal right now:D Just trying to hold on to what I have basically.
I don't train to failure since there's no real reason to do so. The way I see it there's no real difference in doing let's say 10 sets of the same exercise (specially for a small muscle like biceps) or doing 2 exercises of 5 sets.
I'm not sure but I think you'll recruit more MU's by sticking to same exercise as well.

yeah fair enough, if your dieting for a show than you really want to be efficient about maintaining mass, you need to maintain as much strength as you can while coming down, fair enough about not training to failure, but remeber you still need to progress in weights and reps after your show........good luck with it

Of course. Having progression in reps and/or weight in order to grow is basic knowledge. :)

Thanks dude. :) My shoulders grow like weed. I don't even have to train them and I've tried to go a whole year without training them and they still where dominant. I'm training them while I'm dieting though.

I'm 27 years old and my weight now is 80kg. They weightclass I'll be in is either -80kg in Bodybuilding or in another category called Classic Bodybuilding where there's a weight limit according to your height. So if I'm competing in later one then my max weight would be 75kg.
This is my first contest though so I really don't know where I'll land. :)

your breathing squats are and have always been impressive.

Leg presses are nice, and those stiffies are always nice. No shrug at the top this time? :e5dunno:

only three sets of calves? :tear:

all around greatness has been presented, like always :gaygay:

with the exception of your calves  :spy:
