lots of work for the chest there, and teh shoulders (curse them to hell)
how's this amount of volume and dieting coming together? Do you feel yourself being more tired sooner? Or do you feel you'll have to shorten sessions down the road?
again solid session, still looking great even while you diet.
and lol at dips, you couldnt improvise for weight?
Lots of sets of Basic and Effective exercises, can't go wrong with that . Some big weight used on the deads too (5 sets of 140kg for 5 is awesome).

29 sets for arms, dont u think u may be doing a little to much?
seems like a lot of volume to me, but if thats what works for u keep doing it
Actually it's only 26 Some of them where warm-up sets.
But why do you think I'm doing a little to much?
