Forget the Bike of Doom, that looked like the Session of Doom. Excellent work JB; hacks and straight squats were definite standouts there:xyxthumbs:

schlong veins :gaygay:

lots of work for the chest there, and teh shoulders (curse them to hell)

how's this amount of volume and dieting coming together? Do you feel yourself being more tired sooner? Or do you feel you'll have to shorten sessions down the road?

I still feel fine with the amount of volume that I do. It's more my lack of strength that is bothering me but knew that would happen so I try not to let it get to me.

Lots of sets of Basic and Effective exercises, can't go wrong with that :xyxthumbs:. Some big weight used on the deads too (5 sets of 140kg for 5 is awesome).

Actually it's only 26:D Some of them where warm-up sets.

But why do you think I'm doing a little to much?

But why do you think I'm doing a little to much?

well, i mean, ur biceps get hammered when u hit back, and triceps get a good beating from chest and shoulders work, i think u would benefit from not so many sets, and now that u are cutting and ur cal and carb intake is lower, i would think its crucial to not overdo the volume, biceps and triceps are so small bodyparts, just what i think. but its ur call, i know that this approach works for some people and if u are one of them u should continiue to do it. but u may wanna try lowering the volume for arms and c if they respond better or not:)

You're not going to get thick pipes from doing rows... Volume seems to be essential for adding mass. You might wanna limit the exercises a bit and concentrate on doing more sets of fewer different exercises which will recruit more MUs. Otherwise it seems sane to uphold high volume for lagging bodyparts.
