Yeah I've noticed my training sessions have become more awesome than usual. Actually I've been pretty bloodthirsty since I found out who I'm going up against (you know who I mean;)) so that has been keeping me really focused during my training sessions recently.

No kind sir please don't take any more of my cals away... I've got kids to feed.. or something. :ughfingers:

Well alright. Here's a pic from a few days ago and the back pic is from today.

Awesome pics JB, really impressive. latest workout looks good (as always), heavy weights and high volume, can't be bad.

Hammergrip DB. Benchpress:

What is this btw? Never heard of it before. Is it just like a close grip bench, but holding A DB by the plates to make the grip paralell?

Rage--> thanks very much. ;)

Base--> I didn't know what to call it but it's basically dumbbell bench with palms facing in but with the elbows tucked in as much as possible to active the triceps more.

Kinda like this douche but flat and with much heavier and awesome weight.

I've done an exercise much like that one where you start by doing 1 rep frenchpress with a DB. in each hand, and then you "extend" the exercise by doing 1 rep of the exercise mentioned in my earlier post. I hope this makes sense:D

I'm also looking to do those squats soon. It seems very reasonable to do them like that. You get a lot of reps in in "one" set, high tension and, presumably, high intensity. Kicks ass!

Great work dood!

I can only recommend them. ;)

It feels like I'm getting stronger after I started doing squat rest/pause style but I think it's just a coincident.
My quads and glutes are doomed today :hsughr:
