Heav-ass session as always JB! Very impressive amount of reps for your pull-ups.

I'm using secret stuff from teh Muscletech.

It must be that 'Anator P-70' stuff they've just released, apparently they say it can make you add 10kg of muscle in 17 hours, grow 5" taller and become king of the world. Sounds like good stuff. :keke:

40 dips is insane :hyperguy:. well done bud, but why such high reps? Why did you not decide to add some weight and hit a lower rep target?

Base

I'm not going so heavy in certain triceps exercises because my elbows hurt a bit from time to time during my diet.
So dips, frenchpress and CG benchpress i'll be doing higher reps and lower weight.

I agree. You might not feel as your having the best, heaviest workout when training with lighter weights but in the long run it's well worth it.

I've seen my share of "old" BB'rs complaining about shoulder and general joint injuries and some couldn't even sleep at night with out being in pain. Still they insist on doing behind the neck press in smith machines ,behind neck pulldown and upright rows, heavy french presses instead of listening to their bodies.
