Whats this rest pause thing u do at bench?

I do 10-12 seconds of rest between each set of 5-4-3-2-1.
So 5 reps, 10-12 seconds rest/pause then do 4 reps and again 10-12 seconds rest/pause and so on... And the weight should be a weight you normally can do 6 maybe 7 reps with, so it basically ads up to 15 reps in total of each 5-4-3-2-1 set.

I think you'll like the rest/pause. :) Have someone spot you if you can though.

Hmm yeah I might post a sexy pic of my hammy sometime next week. My hams are pretty weak though and defiantly one of the body parts I'm working hard on to get bigger.
