Bench didn't look too puny, especially going and repping out 41kg DB's after all the BB benching!

I like doing goodmornings. And since I train with Jewnen and Nissen I really don't have a choice.

Fackin hell that was a sweet session. Chins are outstanding with that weight for those reps and sets!
