I lost some weight and strength :tear: over the holidays (I hate Christmas food) and also got sick the first days of January:2: but I just got back to training and hopefully will have a bw of 90kg at the end of 2008.

I really don't like squats.. or goodmornings but they work so I better do them :ughfingers:
