It's nothing special really but it looks like this :)

Day 1: Legs, Shoulders, Biceps.
Day 2: Chest, Triceps
Day 3: Off.
Day 4: Back, Biceps.
Day 5: Chest, Triceps.
Day 6: Off.
Repeat.

I train abs and calfs when I feel like it but usually a couple of times a week. Sometimes I train shoulders after chest though.

Damn that's a lot of benching! Tunen volume benching.

I do pullovers too! They rock.
Great work and strong DB presses again. My benching sucks balls.

Well the 10x3 bench is pretty good. I've done them before after I read an article about by Chad Waterbury on T-Nation.com.

Yeah pull-overs are great and we all know that's it the cornerstone of any back training program.

Actually it was only 10 since the first set was kind of a warm-up set.
Gonna hook up with Jewnen later today to do some training.

That benching was innovative and sick, JB; way to keep the variety up. Nice call with the pullovers as well. I've usually used then to hit the decline area on chest, but I'll try 'em in a back session.

Very solid workout, JB :2: Chest looks very strong, and the front squats look great as well.

How do you like the calf raise shoulder press? I've seen people doing it but I've never given it a go.

Eternal --> Thanks man.:2:

Glex --> I really like that exercise and I started doing it a few years back in my old gym. It gives a pretty sweet pump.:gaygay:

Predator --> 250lbs in what? Bench? I'm a puny bencher all though the session today felt somewhat easy.
