Thanks all. yeah those DB presses where pretty heavy. Only thing that's been bugging me since is that I didn't do 5 reps instead of stopping at 4 reps. :dunnodude:

That superset sounds harsh indeed. 3 sets of supersetted quads with the leg pressing to failure!!! Hardcore.
