Thanks, dude. :tiphat: The benchpress was quite easy but it just hurt my shoulder so no reason to keep going.

The next show will be next september 2008 or september 2009.
I seem to put on weight much easier now than pre-diet but that's nothing to complain about I guess. :food-snacking:
