I've been tired of writing in my log and also had a bit of a shoulder injury mainly due to much incline barbell press. I can still feel it a bit when I do certain exercises where my shoulder is being stretched to much. Of course I try to train around it since it wont give me anything but problems if I don't listen to my body, and I also warm up my rotator cuffs before every workout now.

I'm still at it with the 2 days on - 1 day off split but I turned the volume down a bit for chest (still kept a high frequency though).

Todays training.

I had not deadlifted in months so I'm sure I'm gonna feel it tomorrow. :hhj:

4 singles done with 15 seconds of pause in between:

monsterous session there man, the chins are amazing, 20kg for that number of reps??!! shit dude just awesome, deads are strong as hell too, really massacring that back for sure. sad to hear about the shoulder, been there done that. it sucks, just drop weight on incline and watch ur form and as u said proper warm ups and rotator cuff work can do wonders:)

I'm not doing any incline presses with the barbell anytime soon. It's weird because with flat presses it doesn't hurt and I did 80kg seated barbell shoulder press for 6 reps last time I did shoulders, and that didn't hurt either. So it's just that certain angle that fucks it up.

Shit to hear about your shoulder - hope that clears up soon. For someone who hasn't done deads for months you sure pulled some huge weight out of the bag!!
