superb yates rows, those are really coming up fast:O

great chins too:D shitload of work for back, 25 fucking sets, must have felt tight and good back there i guess:D

Yeah I started using straps in Yates rows so I can lift a bit more now.

Yes rack pull are deadlifts from knee height, or just below the knees.

nice session man!i have to try that blitzkrieg method of training!looks pretty extreme!i will be sure to have 5 scoops of NO-explode before i even attempt to that workout!the triple set are done without any rest between sets right?

It was defiantly one of the more intense workouts I have had in a while.

I do slightly bend my knees a bit since it just feels more natural for me that way.

Better for your knees too to have a slight bend.

Great sessions. Love the benching where you adjust the incline - I did that too last session. Felt nice for a change.

trainings looking good brother i'm sure it's nice to start gaining sum weight again, once again congradulations on the show (obviously u should have placed a lot better than 5th, u were top 3 without a doubt no questions) i wouldn't really be too mad, thats bodybuilding for u but at least u came in looking absoutely ridiculous and btw ur avatar is sickkkkk
