Nice session man!u one strong dude!!Keep up the good work!Do u prefer the yates rows over normal overhand grip rows because it's easier for u to do or is it because u feel they are more effective that way?

Thanks, buddy.
I actually prefer the normal overhand rows but with Yates rows I can feel it more in my upper back and of course my biceps are being worked a bit more.

WTF happened to your rows?

Well you told me to do Yates Rows so I'm doing them. I do prefer the overhand version as I can lift more doing that but as always I do what you tell me, pumpkin. :gaygay:

That's my boy :gaygay: Don't understand why you'd be weaker using an underhand grip though...?

Nice session. I find I'm much stronger doing underhand rows but I guess that's cos I always did them that way. I'm sure you're strength on them will come up real quick!

Well I think it's because I'm not used to doing these and when I do overhand rows I always use straps and I haven't done Yates Rows with straps (yet).

Rocky--> Yes I hope I'll get stronger in these rows the more I do them.:food-snacking:

I hope it's because you biceps are too weak. In that case they'll grow as you get stronger in that exercise :coolguy:

For a hurried session it looked pretty heavy. Great DB presses.

I like to keep my training intense and with short rests between sets so being in a hurry didn't really bother me.
