Nice compound session yet again! I concur with Rocky's sentiments regarding the most excellenceness of your incline db presses considering your pectorials had been considerably worked through Bench Press.

I'm actually the weakest in team-BB when it comes to rack deads (and a bunch of other exercises :D), but thanks anyway, mate.

I did 6 reps even though I only should have done 5 reps.. but being a cam whore and all... :gaygay:

hehe You train with a bunch of monsters! No one in my gym lifts anywhere near those numbers. Im probably one of the heavy lifters in my gym, and im lifting 1/2-2/3 your weights!

Keep up the good work man, got a great log goin here :xyxthumbs:
