20x100kg thats pumptastic stuff man.i have 2reps on the 100...:(.the squat looked really strong.it looks like you are bending a little more than you should.be careful with all that weight.also noticed that you have a different split than the others hows that?

I normally do squats with a slightly more upright position, so it was only due to the heavy weight.
What do you mean by different split? :)

The benchpress didn't go as well as planned because my forearms start to hurt when I try do heavy weight in this exercise.- and as well in dips.
