I think the pain might come from my shoulders being a bit weak since I never really train other than some DB. laterals. I'm gonna do some Military presses once a week to see if it helps. If not at least my shoulders will grow. :2:

Sometimes I do warm them up but most of the time I tend to forget.
Mostly because I'm busy keeping an eye on the Jew so he won't steal my stuff.

DB Presses are really strong. I know what you mean about forgetting the rotator cuff warm ups but it's worth doing them it's helped me no end. Nice job on the fronts too!
