Pain--> :D The chest workout wasn't hard at all but my pecs and tri's are wasted today. I'm using a pretty narrow grip on my bench press in order to put less stress on my shoulder. It seemed to work pretty well.

I do hope my back is getting thicker and specially the upper part of my back. It's one of the things I want to improve before I step on stage again.

BB rows have always been one of the few exercises that I'm strong in but it's been a while since I have done 160kg.

how is snatch grip different to regular grip? is it just a wider grip?
