As you can see I'm wearing different shorts which just gives a completely different lighting.

insane volume in that arm session buddy, big props:2: leg session looked ok too, i like high reps, wish i had a leg press machine though...

legs are looking good in that pic too, nice sweep, genetic strongpoint for sure:) is this a recent pic? and how much they measure those babies?=D

Bulkboy--> It's a pretty recent pic (from this month) and I only trained legs twice with in a months time. :D pretty weak I know. :greddy:

I'd rather squat and get leg training over with but the squat bar and squat rack in the gym I trained at is pure crap I had to do leg press and what not.

They measured around 63cm last time I checked.

well the leg press is solid though, great way to overload those quads, and avoid getting a huge butt:49: but yeah squats is the shit for overall leg development. 63 cm is solid, are u dieting atm or bulking. and also are u planning to do any shows this year?:tiphat:

Yeah Leg presses are alright.- specielly if you keep your hands away from your legs so you won't push on them.

No I'm not dieting at all just eating what ever I want. My legs have always been sort of semi cut so that might give the illusion that I'm cutting. :D

I'm just trying to put on some more size untill my next comp which will be the nationals in september 2009. So far I managed to put on some size and keep a respectable bf% and I like to get up at around 100kg eventually.
