Bulkboy--> It's a pretty recent pic (from this month) and I only trained legs twice with in a months time. pretty weak I know. :greddy:
I'd rather squat and get leg training over with but the squat bar and squat rack in the gym I trained at is pure crap I had to do leg press and what not.
They measured around 63cm last time I checked.
well the leg press is solid though, great way to overload those quads, and avoid getting a huge butt but yeah squats is the shit for overall leg development. 63 cm is solid, are u dieting atm or bulking. and also are u planning to do any shows this year?
