Bulkboy--> It's a pretty recent pic (from this month) and I only trained legs twice with in a months time.pretty weak I know. :greddy:
I'd rather squat and get leg training over with but the squat bar and squat rack in the gym I trained at is pure crap I had to do leg press and what not.
They measured around 63cm last time I checked.
