crap, rotary was the part i forgot to put in
awesome work man, good vid, good shoes for leg day too

actually Tunen has a pair shoes just like the ones in the video. :keke:

Bulkboy--> The bench I used this thime is fixed in a 45 degree angle but I do like to do them a bit lower than that.- just to spare my shoulders.

Might have done triples with 120kg but only because I had to according to teh program the Jew made.
