Thats some reall impressive lifting by Kai... it would been so even if it were off season but its not its bloody 8 days out, WOW!!!!
I really liked the way he was doing dumbell fly/press, totally taking triceps out of the equation, nice!

Vic can talk all day about his fish and diet, imo he looks smaller than his usual and AS usual soft for this time out. With this said, he still looks awesome. Amazing muscle shape for delts/arms and a huge v taper back.

Kai Greene is strong as fuk! Very impressive pressing for 8 days out. Reminds me of Levrone's benching a few days out out from the O in his old BFTO's videos. Beast!

I agree with tkD, vic is looking way smaller.

Kai's lifting goes to show how good his body must feel leading up to the show as opposed to when he looked miserable in the past.

Love how Raymond is less than a week out and looks bloated as hell in the face still.

Could probably lose enough weight to make weight if he just lost the water he's holding in his face.

^True and I think its just a attention grabbing gimick more than anything else... he will make the cut! I competed only twice and both times dropped a little over 4 KGs of weight/water last 24 hours... these guys are top pros, he should be ok!
