It was basically Arnie's The Running Man without Arnie. In other words it was crap.

Sherlock
British mini-series starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman and created by Steven Moffat (Coupling, Dr Who, Jekyll). Absolutely brilliant!

I'm a fan of the original work and this is a very good adaptation. The two leads work very well and there is plenty of good dialogue and the fast pacing really keeps it interesting. I look forward to a second series soon.

Finally watched Avatar. It was out on BR as a weekly so I thought "Why not."

Aside from the visuals this really was nothing special. It looked fantastic but this didn't stop me from thinking of the glaring plot holes, the awkwardness of the story, the hipocrisy of the entire theme-set, etc, etc. It did, however, make me fall in love with my blueray player all over again.

Law Abiding Citizen

I felt ripped off. I picked two twists and only one occurred. Lame. Also completely unbelievable that a normal guy could go and do what he did. Read any serial killer profiles and they spend years working up to dismembering people alive.
