10 weeks and he is back to 20 inches arms. Levrone forever.


PS: I do think he is alright. Look at the cap in the bed. It wouldn't be there if he was in an emergency room.

Here’s a submitted video from Adam Rose, below. Thanks, Adam, for
sharing your fire, 405 lbs is lot of weight man.

More importantly, you broke your record, you banged out three reps,
which is your personal best, and we all got to witness it. Very inspiring, very cool. Keep it up. In my opinion you guys out there might want to
use more legs and less lower back when dead-lifting, for safety, but nonetheless, job well done, Adam.

Guys, please follow Adam’s format.

1. At the beginning, let us know a little about yourself, where you’re
from, what you’re doing and how the Levrone Report community has
inspired you to new heights.

2. Perform your feat.

3. When you’re done, say, “That’s what’s up, Levrone.”

Keep it under two minutes. As long as you follow this format, your
video will be seen on our Youtube group, and I’ll also be choosing one a week to feature here on LevroneReport.com.

You should upload your video on my Youtube group at this link. If you
don’t have a Youtube account you need to set one up. You need to join
the group. Then you can post your video.

I’ve enjoyed posting my videos for months, I really look forward to seeing you guys in action so please participate. As always, don’t do anything risky and check with a doctor before beginning or attempting new forms of exercise.

Glad I had a chance to catch up on a few questions. I hope you all had a chance to see the new issue of Levrone Insider newsletter that I just sent out. Levrone Transformation #2 • Dry Heat Sauna • LevroneReport.com

It’s the final week of this 2nd Transformation and I have to finish
strong. This is one thing I always did just before I went on stage for
Mr. Olympia – that week leading up to it. This is one of my secrets.

Don’t even set foot in a sauna unless you know what you’re doing.
Read the instructions or check with a doctor first. If you’re pregnant,
or sick or not properly hydrated a million things could go wrong. Don’t
wear clothes or work out in a sauna unless under the guidance of an accredited trainer.

I’m just showing you what I do. It doesn’t mean you need to do it.
This video is not meant as instruction or recommendation. Anyone
can benefit from brief periods in a sauna but your safety is paramount.

I’m taking a hardcore approach cause I’m a professional. And I knew that
if I passed out, the camera man would be right there to drag me out. Hopefully he’d have the good sense to turn off the camera first.

damn bro, be careful your lower back was a little rolled forward and arched. :uhoh2: dont wanna hurt yourself. bring your body lower by bending your legs more so u can reach the barbell with out arching your back ... but then again that dangerious looking movement might be ok for your, IDK im not expert.

Not a lot of talking on this clip. Three exercises, four cycles, no
breaks, bang, bang, bang. I could have said, “Hey guys, here I am
at the hack squats…” but I think you get the point. This is about
intensity, total focus. Conditioning, definition, sweating it out. One

The video below captures the fourth, final set. At the peak of my exhaustion. You best believe I felt a burn. But once again, knowing
you’re watching forced me to keep my form and finish out strong on
my fourth rotation.

Legs are already a draining prospect, leg supersets are about as
tough it gets. I figure the bravest among you will hazard a leg
superset workout after watching this. Don’t waiver, finish strong,
I’ll be watching in spirit. Let me know how it goes. Out.

I'm looking forward to see pics in the end of this cut-transformation because I really don't think it looks like he shredded too much fat. Actually it just looks like he put on a bit of tan and that's it. Maybe it's the quality of the video ...
