He is looking really lean. Much flatter but its all good, if he got a lil more ripped and carb loaded he would look amazing... too bad theres no point in doing that only to take a few good shots. I really think he can return to the stage (maybe not the O) if he kicked it into high GEAR.

^^ Vit C turnover in the body is very fast with little storage. As far as I was aware there is no LD50 that could actually be consumed.

There are olympians that take IV's of VitC PWO to recover. They are taking in heaps more than that. Although I then question how they claim "natural" status and deride "drug cheats".
