good posts tim. repped!
I don't know what you're saying but Beckham clearly doesn't have a physique that people would choose over someone like Brad Pitt. That's all we're saying.I really don't know why I bother sometimes. It is like talking to someone in primary school about astrophysics.
How about this: you have BBing goggles on, the rest of the world doesn't.
It's not like we're talking about licking their bodies up and down.I'll only interrupt you for a minute.
Honestly i have a huge respect for you guys, specialy tim and bulky, but do you seriously realize that you are argueing about david beckham's and Brad Pitt's bodies?
And I thought that muscular men in tiny underwear was the gayest an straight man could go.
That's all, keep going
It's not like we're talking about licking their bodies up and down.
And they aren't really arguing about that, they were arguing a different point.
Brad Pitt was just an example I used to compare to Beckham. And this isn't an argument where you could bring bodybuilders into it, if you didn't notice.
Besides, the argument is 2 days old, give it a rest.

Check out this new challenge. In answering nutritional questions, it
helps me to see who I’m talking to. Post your nutrition question on my
new youtube group page for nutrition, Nutrition By Kevin, and I may
post my answer in a video response right here on the LevroneReport.com home page.
If you take the time to post, the odds are pretty good that your
question will be selected because I’m choosing five every week. It’s a
way for you to get some custom advice, and a way for me to determine who’s really serious among you.
Up until now my nutritional advice has been very general. Show me the respect of looking me in the eye – that’s how you get TRUE, CUSTOM nutritional advice out of Kevin Levrone! Out

Here’s something I want to show you. With Mr. Olympia around the
corner, thoughts of my past flood my memory. Some good, some bad.
One bright spot in my career was being on the open road. When it came
to shows, getting there was always the fun part.
It’s still that way with me. It’s the ride, not the destination, that
matters. I know you’re wondering where this “bus” is headed, this LevroneReport.com bus we’re all on. It’s headed in the right direction.
Just enjoy the ride. Share on the forum. Take the time to post your
videos. Comment and support the bold efforts of others.
I’m still training, still fighting. Holding on to these gains, enjoying the
fruits of my labors. I’ll be showing you the kind of intensity required to
hold on to my gains in a training video next.

Kevin is really awesome, no other pro out there goes out of his way to answer questions like he does, plus he looks a like a "real" nice guy. Not the fake nice guys.

True his blog and site are pretty awesome...but you gotta admit some of his advice is off the wall. Seems almost lazy in his responses lately

We work hard to achieve gains in our fitness and physique. We don’t
want to slide back and lose our gains. We don’t want life to soften us.
It takes resourcefulness to maintain the gain. Don’t use your surroundings
as an excuse to become a passive victim and miss days or weeks off
training.
You might wonder if a guy like me really gets a workout from the exercises
in this video. Try the chest, tris and abs routine below. Repeat the cycle four times, no rest. Flex and squeeze. You’ll feel it, I promise.
This workout is for beginners at any age, men or women, all the way to
pro athletes who can’t get to the gym. A champion holds on to what he
or she values. No retreat. Out.

Once again, some helpful techniques to maintain your gain no matter what
life throws at you, or you where found yourself. Great for bodybuilders,
great for anyone just looking to firm up.
This is old school, ideal for the working men hitting the time clock 50 hrs
a week. I feel their struggle because I was that person…somewhere
inside, I still am. Peace.
