We’re off to a good start. I know a lot of you guys have been waiting
patiently since the announcement. I’m happy with this video. Less said
the better, just watch.
Thanks to all you guys who stepped up and ordered a picture. The post
about the autographed pictures was the 100th post on this blog, so it
was fitting to offer something to commemorate it. Thanks for watching,
and here’s to a hundred more.
405, here we come. OUT.

Feeling great! I’m very pumped to get in the gym later
and post the
next training video. I’m feeling strong and loving the iron life, I can’t
lie, and it’s coming through in this post, answering your questions,
doing my part. Thanks to all who sent this week’s questions.
The fans on this site, I just want to say you are the
best fans in bodybuilding today. And I’ve seen them all, trust me. This
blog is the
key to my gains and I hope yours, it’s the edge we need against all
others. I feel it and I thank you for being here. I haven’t even considered blowing off a workout since this thing started. It’s amazing. Anyone out there feeling it?
Together we could revitalize the sport and branch it out and touch the world. Just think if everyone had the discipline, drive and thirst for betterment that we live with every day. Coupled with the compassion, curiosity and support for each other that Levrone Report fans show on
this blog and forum every day. I like what I’m seeing and proud to be a
part of it, I will not let you down.
It starts with all of us. With myself and the five people I select to be
part of Team Levrone leading the way. More on that later. But here’s
a hint, keep coming, keep bringin’ the videos, no matter what you look
like, no matter who you are. I am looking for five big hearts. Of course, you’re all champions in my book. Peace.

Check out what happened on the fourth set with 325 lbs. That fourth set I went without a training partner. I had already completed three sets with a training partner and I knew what to expect. I’m a professional in touch with my limits. You should never attempt heavy weights on flat bench without a training partner. If you do, it’s at your own risk. 405 here I come, baby. Out.

October 20th, 2009
I was fortunate to meet with Nick Scott, aka, “The Beast,” for an unplanned interview. It was a great opportunity to fire up the webcam to capture a message that will inspire all of us, regardless of our situation.
Nick Scott is the biggest supporter of wheelchair bodybuilding, and the founder of wheelchair-bodybuilding.com.
After you watch the video please check out his web site at nickfitness.com because you’ll find incredible stuff that will inspire you for life.
You can learn about Nick’s foundation that helps children and adults in wheelchairs at wheelchairbodybuilding.org.
I think he can already bench 405, but cool to see new vids every day.
