ON another note no one in this thread knows if kevin is juicing, but everyone "knows" he is if you read the comments some of you make. Where is the evidence. His muscle density and hardness isnt that of a juicer. In all reality his gains are not that of a juicer either. If your diet is anabolic and you dont over train you can make serous strength and size gains in short periods exspecially when you have already been bigger once before. When i take a break for example i stopped lifting for a month i didn't touch a weight and didnt eat like i normally do when i train. I lost 25lbs in that month i went from 285 to 260. When i bumped my calories back up to 4500 and began training each body part twice a week shoulders once, i put my wight back on in a month no problem.. Now sure it is not nearly as long as kevin was off for, but the same principal is at work here. I don't know if you want to call it "muscle memory" but it is definitely easier to gain the weight if you have already been their once before.

Am i surprised by his gains? No, not at all. Do i think he is juicing, no i dont. I actually think he could grow faster and stay lean if he bumped his diet to 4500 cals and added cardio in 3 times a week. that'd give him the chance to have 2 PWO meals where protein synthesis is drastically increased if he did cardio in the morning and then trained in the late afternoon.

i agree 100% with you man :thumbsup2:

Thankx for the update!

you welcome bro :tiphat:

Levrone Transformation- 100lbs Dumbells

he's getting his strength back !!! Pump it up kevin :turborun:

This is a highlight from today’s chest, shoulder and triceps workout #5. I really stepped it up today. I know some of you are going to try to do this same thing with 100 lbs dumbells. Good luck, be careful and let me know how it goes. I’ll post the whole program tomorrow.

he had a few more in him...seems like he's taking it easy on a lot of these lifts, stopping short of failure.

i was thinking the same thing, probably making sure he stays under trained he will grow a lot faster and get stronger that way than if he pushed it to the limit every day. Especially if he is keeping his cals some what lower for a bber at 3500. if he pushes the heavy weight and doesnt tear down his muscle completely he will get some benefit and heal much faster as well.

How do you figure that?

well, ok maybe it depends on how u have taking care of everything around ur cycles all the years on..

I know a couple of guyes whom had a carrer of steroids behind them and just quitted using them some years ago.

and they are just telling me that they are so "dead" its like all thoose years of drug use made their bodies not being able to get up to the same levels natural wich they 1ce were. but ofc this could just be an matter of age playing in to i mean they are not 20 anymore, rather 40.

anyhow kevin must be up around 40s now aswell so i still think the progress he made in 3 weeks of training is to good to be true for a 40 y/o natty. NOT even using supplements.

I think we are on the same page. Steroids give you a way better feeling and if you are on them for years and years you will forget what it is like to be natural. Tired, worse mood, etc will be involved when you get back to natural simply because you aren't enhancing your mood artificially.

Specially if you are 40 years old and have been on and off for 15 years. You test levels are going to be a lot lower naturally than 15 years ago.

Levrone Transformation-Triceps #5

those arm's are getting bigger each week :thumbsup2:

Kevin Levrone said:
150 lb pushdowns, 6 sets x 150 lbs.
This was my last set of a huge workout – can’t believe how
pumped I look. Triceps can take high reps and a lot of
punishment. The tris are fired up with blood flow and ready to
go after chest and shoulders, so finish what you start and get
all the pushing movements done in the same workout. A lot
of bodybuilders don’t do this, but you should – it’s all about
blood flow. (Respect to Rick the “camera man,” I’m just
playing with you, bro.)

With larger muscle groups like chest, back and legs, I do f
our exercises, a total of 16 sets, keeping the reps between
6 and 8 with free weights. This builds mass and strength.
With machines I keep reps between 12 and 20 – this cuts
you up and brings more detail into the muscle.

The transformation is in real time. You’re watching me
change week by week, naturally, although I did take a
sample from the lab today and it worked – you can tell by
the look in my eye at the end of the incline dumbell clip.
:0 I was much more pumped and alert in my workout. I’ll be
telling you about it tonight when I post the Week 4 Picture.

Your results will be different than mine – we have different
genetics and muscle memory. These exercises on The Levrone
Report are for experienced weight trainers only. Beginners need
to check with a doctor or trainer before starting a program like
this. Be sure you don’t overdo it. I’m always in control of the
weights and you should be, too.

The training is working for me and it’ll work for you. Those
of you doing your transformation along with me, let me know
how you’re growing. We’re all in this together and I’m starting
to feel the tremendous power that comes from doing this with
thousands of people watching. Tap into that power while you
can and join me.
