There's a small cop-influenced part of me that sees the possible value of these in kidnapping/missing child situations. The other resoundingly large part of me knows that this would be anything but good in the long run. It could be modified into a GPS-type system in the blink of an eye. Rounding up 'homefront terrorists' would be as easy as pie in a worst-case-Pakistani-esque situation.
It wouldn't take our government to abuse a standing technology like that though; think of a computer savvy pedo with a potential list of victims' locations right in front of his eyes.

This is amazing, one of Ron's supporters paid $100,000 of his own money to take out a full page ad in USA Today, next Wednesday. It's the day before thanksgiving, so expect to see it all around airports/subways, many places.

but this reminds me of how the anti-christ gets into power...
i know i know... dont bash me, im still donating my paycheck
but i saw a show on history saying the anti-christ will win the hearts of people
and slowly grow more power.
i hope that isnt in our lifetime
its hard to think.. im always believing everyday i live is the last,
then i wake up, nothing happened.
