How is your shoulder, is the rehab working?

Can't believe you can box squat 8 for 160 kg and thats low box! :hhj: Makes me feel very weak your awesomness

The shoulder is steadily but slowly getting fitter. I'll keep up the rehab exercises and maybe even get some in at work in the mornings. I'll prolly fail at this but my intentions are good :wutyousay:

I'll be doing 170 for 8 reps in no time :coolguy: Eat some meat stick-boy.

But too much protein can damage the kidneys and releases waay to much CO2!!! I cant believe you don't know that. Not to mention tuna consumption kills dolphins! You might be strong and muscular but I'd rather be weak but with a clean conscience.
