awsome session tunen. great job on the squats, and 180 x 9 is really impressive. hacksquat looks solid too. and your calves must have been burning like crazy doing all those sets.

Last few days have been back, chest and arms and tomorrow is lower back and hams. I might post that :) Currently I train every day.
