Dude u've gotta tell me how u set up reps and sets, aswell as amounts of them. Just briefly a little. I didn't think low reps could build mass that good, which ur ava proves, just complimenting in the non-crazygay-way.
You do singles doubles and triples on deadlifts. A lot of 5-reppers on bench & squat, what about the rest?

Keep reading my log and you'll see a pattern :2: The "bigger" the exercise the lower the reps generally (and vice versa). I work with these ranges: 3x12, 3-4x10, 4x8, 5x6, 5x5, 5x4, 5x3, 6x2, 8x1. The lower the reps, the more sets.

I just balance intensity and volume and alternate between ranges to keep it interesting. I also find it easier to progress when undulating.
