Another - yes another awesome session. Every one of those exercises standout for sheer weight and volume of work (except for the gay pushdowns :no:)
I have no doubt 2008 will reap you the gains which the weight you heave around would suggest of you.

Everything looks great in that session.Very strong dips.Do u use CG or wide grip on board presses?

Cheers copper! push downs are effin' gay :no: I'm not gonna do them again anyway cus they hurt my elbows eventhough they usually don't. Craptacular!

It's not too big and commercialized, and it's the only choice I have at the moment. At school the gyms are fairly large and commercial, except for the one that is inconvenient for Line to get to. I like training in old kinda run-down, hot-in-the-summer cold-in-the-winter gyms, though.

Line should in-line skate everywhere. Very convenient :food-snacking: Good to hear your gym is alright afterall bro :2:
