your workout sessions never seize to amaze me.impressive and inspiring.where do you come up with this protocols?they are very interesting i would like to do something like that for my self but i am not at your level so it would be wise to go with lower volume/intensity

Thanks man! Glad to inspire.

I make the protocols myself. You could do something similar, no problem. Just progress slowly and safely. You could go for higher rep-ranges in the beginning not to injure yourself.

Yea that gym is awesome. No distractions and all the sweetest equipment. Real hard-core atmosphere :food-snacking:
