FUDGE... That shit was uncomfortable :weaksuace: I have bruises all over the rear delts now!? Still it was fun to try even though I didn't go all out. I've never tried to bench in a shirt before, so I'm pretty satisfied with the result.

another out of this world training session tunen...u have sum incredible strength bro......the diets been going well i'm now 11 weeks out at 220lbs, so i still have a long journey ahead of me....i just started posting in my training log again so if u have ne suggestions then stop on by, i'd defiantly appreciate sum help/encouragement
