so much deads and rack pulls i bet your lower back is bulletproof.very strong(for a metro:keke:)i dont see any direct delt exercise whats the story behind that?do you train them sufficiently with all the compound movements that you do?

Yea I'm doing some PL inspired protocols. Both strength and size are motives but mainly I try to just have good fun when in the gym. That usually involves rather big weights :D
