Solid sessions there Tune! I gotta ask... so what does the block actually do when doing the block presses. It's more of a power lifting technique... correct? And no offense, but you are gonna make a really ugly woman.

All the board does is reduce range of motion, allowing you to work on the upper part of your benchpress. It's also a good way of getting some experience with heavier weights than you're used to. (+ It's always fun to add weight to the barbell)

I'm wanted to do something around the texas method but I not sure if I'm going to continue that. The recovery days are so damn boring so I know what you mean with a broing deload session. Its weird to leave the gym while youve got the feeling you could have done more.

insane workout mate...squats are massive 5x5 @150 wow!
i dont get the chain thing
goodmornings are very strong.i am having trouble with that exercise the more weight i put the less i feel in the hams and more in the lower back.need practice i guess.jb is looking thick in that photo.nissen you are a strong mofo 200kg in squats is a wow factor.but damn it get a haircut
