I usually don't like doing seated laterals. Maybe it's because they do feel much heavier than standing and it hurts my pride :tear:

I'm more impressed with your grip throughout this session than anything, sumos, racks, the chins, AND bb rows (I assume you use straps for BB Rows if any of them)

I've rarely done the BB inc. presses but I find them to easier on my shoulders than DB presses because it allows you to tuck your shoulders in properly before lifting. This will be a regular henceforth i reckon :gaygay:
