Thanks a bunch dudes :2: Glad I'm not the only one tearing boxers :gaygay: Rather a boxer-tear than a quad-tear though :keke:

I've been doing some boring de-load training lately, which is why I haven't updated. Wouldn't want to bore you turds with such tedious efforts.

I'll get back to work today for 2 weeks until I leave for a fortnight of recreation at Mallorca.

BTW I landed my first real job as a management consultant the other day. I rock!

Thanks fellas :) I'm looking very much forward to finally make sense from working.

I will not be attempting new PBs this time around no. My deloading didn't go as well as I'd hoped. I'm starting to think that I shouldn't deload at all. I feel MUCH stronger at the end of a long cycle than after a period of lower effort training.

The GHR is the most grueling exercise I've EVER done for hams. This will def. be in the next template. My awesome set-up skillz where a must though... Great session actually. Had low expectations as I've somewhat cut my calories from carbs recently.

Taking breaks from benching does NOT benefit me. Might just have to double the frequency in the next template in order to counteract my momentary suckyness. Well, I guess the books were right once again...

Cool deadlift session, and like the casual reps with 130kg!

How do you set up for GHR? Is it an actual bench for it, or is it natural ones on the ground?

cheers mate :)

I do them in the pull-down tower. The "thigh-pads" hold my ankles while my knees rest on the seat. With this set-up you get variable assistance by gripping e.g. a pull-down rope. I'll post a vid next Monday. I'm quite the MacGyver in the gym :gaygay:
