Bulky>> Thanks man! I do sumos because they're easier on my lower back than regular deads. I can use my legs more efficciently with this stance, but it doesn't "hit" my back differently. It is neither easier nor harder than regular stance DL.

why squat in boxers? there is nothing worse. briefs only. but wait 200kg squats for reps awesome. Did you walk around and tell everyone in the gym that you could probably squat 2-4 of them for reps! ?
