Found a new technique for box squats. I sit firmly on the box and tilt slightly back to build a bit of momentum for the ascent. Clever :imcoolurnot: Innovation by accident. Great sesh today btw.

looks like squats are your best move.When i first saw your log you were doing 130-140 and now you have climbed up to 160x8:hhj: wich is really good considering the fact that you weight below 90kg(if i am not mistaken)you sure have some tough bones.
By the way i downloaded illdisposed 1800 vindication.a little bit weird vocals but
some nice riffs."I believe in me" FTW
I am surprised that you hear AMON AMARTH tho i've heard a couple songs and they suck ass big time...

lol you cockblocker. AA is good for training. The viking theme is very lame indeed I agree, but the energy is good. It's not that I sit and listen to their music as I do with e.g. Opeth (Watershed is phenomenal btw) :carduindisguise

My squats are bigger now due to both technical tuning and training. I'm progressing quite well in that exercise :wutyousay: My epicness prevails.

You can't do goodmornings with DBs. The whole point is that the barbell rests high on your back.

Actually the deads were no problem eventhough 230 is heavy. Could've gone heavier I presume. I'll have one more session of these deads to make sure I've maxed out. Decided to go for 5x7 on squats in stead of 6x6 but at the same weight. Easy peasy. Must be because of my epic swoleness / toughnes :imcoolurnot:
