i see.i thought it was an exercise the way he wrote it.do those wraps lift 30kg?

lol at tortilla wraps.you should try greek traditional "souvlaki" wich is something similar but more or less stinky depending where you buy it

well knee wraps do help quite a bit in lifting a lot more. and they support the knees as well but no sense in using them if you don't need them.

never heard about souvlaki before.. any good?

souvlaki is the greek (damn thieves) version of lasagna.

Alex>> I added wraps (poorly I might add) and did a single squat on 170kg immediately followed by a single at 200kg. If wrapped correctly, wraps can really add a bottom-boost. I'll figure out how to use them properly.
