excellent leg session man, Squats are great!!! Smith Machine lunges are fabulous :hay: as well bro! You smashed them wheels to the next oblivion. Leg Press is very good too man, dont look at Bens and Qs, they arent human. Damn dude you fried those calves too, you probably needed crutches on the way out, hell yea dude thats what its all about.
