OUCH is the first thing that comes to mind when reading those rope pushdowns. and i can't really compliment any of your back movements coz i never heard of them lol...but i'm sure that you are still lifting a shitload more weight than i could lift with them.

It wasn't that bad my trainer check my weight and im 2 kg (4,4lb) heavier than last week, hooray for Robert!!!

WHy the fuck you cry??? DOing shoulders presses with the 60s is not light weight at all. You are doing pretty well, you gained 2kg in a week... what do u want, mate???

Keep training like that, you are getting batter 4 sure. Although not as sexy as me.
